Any withdrawal 1 week from travel day will require compensation for the hotel booking and any flight penalty incurred from the withdrawal.

Accommodation

Accommodation Period

Accommodation is only provided from 28 April to 3 May 2023
Hotel official check-in time is 16:00 HRS
Hotel official check-out time is 11:00 HRS

Type of Room Provided

All winners are assigned a twin-sharing room at the SLS Hotel, Beverly Hills.

Upgrade of Accommodation

Upgrade of accommodation will be at your own expense and subjected to Hotel’s availability.  

Room Pairing Guideline

  • STRICTLY NO female-male pairing in the same room. Only female-female and male-male pairing is allowed.
  • Exception is only granted if the female-male pairing is a married couple.
  • Married couples are required to inform the Committee prior to approval for female-male room pairing.
  • Committee reserve the rights to re-allocate the room pairing for the qualifier in the event if guidelines are not adhered to.
  • For any disputes on the room pairing, committee reserve the rights to amend the room pairing allocation and decision is made final.

  • Flight entitlement is based on Group Economy fare for all Winners.
  • There are 2 flight options available which can be selected upon website registration based on a first come first serve basis.
  • Flight option is only confirmed once registration is submitted.

Group Flight Terms & Conditions

  • Group Flight tickets are not eligible for mileage accrual.
  • Please ensure that your passport name is spelt correctly, and in the exact order of your passport as this will be used to book your flight tickets. 
  • A fee of SGD 250 will be incurred for any name change after flight ticket issuance.
